Breaking a Fast




Fasting
For optimum results, fasting should be done in conjunction with the colon therapy, also known as colonics.


The following are important facts about fasting that you should know:
  • Three days before beginning a fast, decrease the amount of food intake and eat more green foods and foods that contain water. Steamed vegetables are recommended during these days. Cut down or completely stop your intake of tobacco, alcohol, and coffee.
  • Stop taking vitamins supplements
  • No alcohol, tobacco, or coffee during the three days before the fast and during the fast.
  • Patients with severe diabetes, active infections, mental instability, a weak heart, and certain types of cancer should not fast. Pregnant women and children under sixteen should not fast either.

During the fast, no solid foods should be taken and you should drink plenty of liquids. There are different lengths for fasting; it could last one day or many days.

There are many different types of fasting. We have chosen 36-hour fast which is more recommended.

36-HOUR FAST: This fast is the perfect fast to keep up with your work.

Breaking a Fast

Prepare 1000ml warm water + half lemon + 2 tsp organic sea salt & drink in the morning after awake. Take one ripe banana after an hour before take the breakfast.








Lemon juice is also known for its high vitamin C content and supports a stronger immune system. Also, flushing out the body's system using the sea salt cleans, individuals can expect an emptying their bowels a few hours they have taken the laxative. Everyone's experience will vary depending on what condition your body and react differently to the process of using sea salt mixture to purify and eliminate toxins within body's system.

Weight the Right Way

1.Choose lean protein choices, such as eggs, egg substitutes, lean beef, turkey, chicken, fish, “tofu for vegetarian." Only broil, bake, boil or poach. Only olive oil or PAM.
2.Minimize consumption of high glycemic carbohydrates (carbs that make your blood sugar spike) such as white rice, sugar, certain pastas and potatoes. Certain cereals are ok. (Use a low glycemic list for good body choices).
3.When eating carbs, eat them with proteins and keep portion size small.
4.Eat high fiber foods or add fiber to your diet.
5.Water, Water, WATER. Drink lots of water daily. Drink it before a meal to help get you fuller quicker.
6.Try to keep your daily food intake at 40% protein, 40% carbohydrate, 20% fat which is normally found in the foods that you eat.
7.Eat 4-6 small meals a day. Eat fewer meals if you use a high protein shake or bar for one of the meals.
8.Portion sizes of everything should be the size of your fist. Protein can be more if you are exercising.
9.When eating out remember to have your food cooked the right way. You are paying. Limit condiments on food and you will actually begin to notice the quality of food.
10.Exercise: Cardio exercise at least 20-30 minutes 3 times a week and resistance exercise with weights or machines 2-3 times a week for 20-30 minutes using mostly large muscle groups to increase your metabolism.
